It’s been a few months now since I launched the 1st and only Low No Drinker Personality Type Quiz, and the results are flying in.
If you haven't taken it yet, this post should answer every question you have about it…
What is the Low No Drinker Personality Type Quiz?
The quiz is designed not to be a stick to beat you with and tell you you’re drinking too much (if you know me at all you’ll know that’s very much NOT my vibe), instead, I designed it to be a tool with which to take your first steps on a journey into a life less intoxicated.
Why did I create the quiz?
I created this quiz because I noticed a gap in the market for a fun, non-judgmental tool that helps people explore their drinking habits. It's meant to be a starting point for self-reflection and to empower you to take the steps you’re already considering.
Is this quiz for everyone?
If you’re a lifelong teetotaller and you already know that you’re staunchly alcohol-free, then this quiz is not for you.
On the other end, if you’re all for team booze, booze, booze and have no interest in thinking about your relationship with alcohol, then this isn’t for you either (having said that, I doubt you’d be reading this post if you weren’t a little curious).
But if you find yourself, as 75% of Brits do now, somewhere in the middle of that spectrum, and you’re unsure about where you are now, where you’d like to be tomorrow and how to get there, then this quiz is 100% for you.
How long does it take?
The Low No Drinker Personality Type Quiz is made up of just nine (9) questions and takes no more than 90 seconds to complete and get your results.
How much does it cost?
Not a single penny.
Will it tell me I’m an alcoholic?
No. The quiz is not a diagnostic tool. It’s designed to help you understand yourself better and see which (fluid) category of low/no-&-light drinking you currently identify with.
If you feel that you may have a life-damaging problem with alcohol, or any other substance, then it’s important that you seek professional help as soon as possible from qualified professionals such as the team at Alcohol Change UK.
What results will I get then?
The quiz will give you your low/no-&-light drinking personality type. And to make it really easy to relate to I’ve associated each personality with the animal whose traits that personality most closely matches. You will either be
- an elephant
- a tortoise
- a wolf
- an octopus
- or a dolphin
And each of those relates to being either
- a blender
- a grey area drinker
- sober curious
- a moderator
- a mindful drinker
(and in case you were wondering the order of the lists above do not correlate to the results)
You’ll get your results in five simple sections
- personality traits
- lifestyle
- challenges
- drink suggestions
- what next
Can I take the quiz more than once?
Yes, please do. The beauty of this quiz is that you can come back and take it as many times as you like and use it as a barometer as you travel along the drinking personalities to where you’d like to be.
Can I share my results with others?
Absolutely! Sharing your results can be a great way to start a conversation about drinking habits with friends and family. If you have friends who want to take this journey with you, sharing your results with each other is a great place to start.
