La Maison Wellness is the Mindful Drinking platform for people looking to 'Remove, Replace, Reduce' alcohol, and this week, we've announced some big news:

You've been asking for a while, and it's finally here! A 6-week online course to change your relationship with alcohol and live like a Healthy Hedonist.

This is a perfect time for it; summer brings loads of gathering, socialising, and often drinking. This course will be your support to keep the fun this summer while being a mindful drinker.



What's it about?

Changing your relationship with alcohol can feel lonely sometimes, and doing it alone can feel hard; this program is the guidance, the support and the community you need to become the Healthy Hedonist you want to be.

This is not a 'get sober' programme; this is a programme to guide you in finding your balance in a way that works for you. By either cutting out or cutting down alcohol, together, we will go on the empowering journey of becoming a mindful drinker.

You will learn mindful drinking tips and techniques, discover a new way to drink with Mindful Cocktail recipes, and an introduction to the ever-growing low-and-no category and learn to live better with mindful practices.
